Q.01 · How quickly will I receive a quotation?
For clear enquiries, YL aims to reply as quickly as possible. The quote will show the part reference, price, availability and lead time. Urgent workshop jobs should be sent by phone first.
Q.02 · How fast is Sydney delivery?
Delivery depends on availability and destination. Sydney delivery, courier and pickup options will be listed on your quote.
Q.03 · Is there a minimum order?
No. YL accepts single-part orders. Workshops ordering one consumable and procurement teams placing consolidated maintenance lists are quoted on the same terms — no account setup required.
Q.04 · What Toyota machines do you cover?
Toyota is the main focus. Useful details include the series or model, such as 7FG, 8FG, 8FGU, 8FGCU, 8FB or 8FBE, plus the serial number or a data-plate photo where possible.
Q.05 · Do you supply non-Toyota brands?
YL supports selected service parts for Hyster, Yale, Crown, Komatsu, Mitsubishi, Linde, Nissan, TCM and Clark. Coverage is intentionally narrower than Toyota — we only quote where the part identity can be verified. Send the machine details and OEM number you have.
Q.06 · I only have a photo of the worn part. Is that enough?
Often, yes. Photograph the part from the front, side and any marked face. If possible, include the forklift model or serial number as well.
Q.07 · How are quotations issued?
By email, with line-by-line OEM references, prices, lead times and any noted fitment caveats. Quotations are valid for 30 days. If your procurement system requires a specific format or PO reference, mention it on your enquiry and we'll match it.
Q.08 · What payment terms do you offer?
Payment method and release timing are confirmed on the quote. One-off orders are normally prepared after payment confirmation.
Q.09 · What happens if a part doesn't fit?
If a part supplied against a verified enquiry doesn't fit, return it within 14 days in original condition for replacement or refund. Misidentification is treated as a YL responsibility when the original enquiry included accurate model, serial or OEM data.
Q.10 · Who is reviewing my enquiry?
Your enquiry is handled directly by YL, not a call centre. If more information is needed, we will ask before quoting.
