Commercial terms

Quotation
Quotes are sent by email with part reference, price, lead time and fitment notes. Purchase order details can be included if needed.
Payment
Payment method and release timing are confirmed on the quote. One-off orders are normally prepared after payment confirmation.
Delivery
Delivery depends on availability and destination. Sydney delivery, courier and pickup options are shown on the quote.
Returns
If a part supplied against a verified enquiry doesn't fit, return it within 14 days in original condition for replacement or refund.
